Sir Bobby Charlton is remembered for his accurate passing, his ability to beat defenders with a bodyswerve, and his trademark powerful shooting. Charlton survived the horror of the Munich air crash to become an Icon for both club and country, winning the European Cup with Manchester United and the World Cup with England, both at Wembley. His scoring record of 49 goals in 106 games for England remains unbeaten, and he is active today as an ambassador for Manchester United and English football.
